Honestly Love this place. It's small but cozy and the owners greet you when you come and go. The staff has always been so sweet and seem happy. The food 10/10 my go to sushi place in denton for the past 6 years. The miso soups 10/10 I could drown in it happily. My favorite sushi roll is the sunset and chefs special. A little something fresh and something fried. The appetizer, heart attack I always substitute for imitation crab and they never fail at that.

I had a real nice time here! I will definitely come back! I got the I love crav roll and the Zigzag roll. The Zigzag roll was the winner of my meal. Fish was nice and fatty, Gyoza seems handmade. Fried rice was fragrant. Staff was kind and attentive. Can't wait to come back!

I’ve been eating at I Love Sushi in Denton for over 15 years, and this place has never missed. Ever. They could honestly teach a masterclass on consistency. The food is always fresh, always beautiful, always ridiculously good — like “think about it days later” good. And the staff? Just the kindest, most genuine people. No ego, no chaos, no attitude — just warmth, patience, and the kind of friendliness that instantly lifts your mood. You can feel that they care about what they do, and it shows in every single plate they send out. Whether I’m grabbing a quick lunch or treating myself to a whole spread, it’s perfection from start to finish. The sushi hits every time, the sides are comforting in all the best ways, and the entire experience feels easy, welcoming, and reliable in a way most places only dream of. If you want incredible food made by people who truly put their heart into it, I Love Sushi is the move. Fifteen years in and still obsessed — that should tell you everything.

Food was good and very fresh! They gave us complimentary miso soup, we ordered gyozas and no more than 5 minutes passed and they were on our table and steaming hot. The sushi was delicious, they have a lot of options available! The only dessert is ice cream, keep that in mind if you’re a dessert person. Our server was very attentive and very nice, honestly everyone in there was. Kitchen is very speedy. You see the sushi chefs making your food, any restaurant that confident in showing their kitchen must really put the time to keep it clean! We will definitely be going back to try some more of their sushi.

Me and my wife ate much here couple of days ago. We ordered the monkey brain appetizer as well as chicken fried rice to share and I ordered the volcano roll. She really loved what she ordered and said it might have been the best sushi she had ever had it was a sushi roll that had cucumber around it instead of rice. I was pretty disappointed by my actual sushi roll but the monkey brain appetizer was one of the most unique delicious appetizers I've ever had. I would definitely recommend this place but if I go back I'm going to get some different sushi that's the main dish
